Steps.

1. RSVP on Swimtopia - please don't email Johanna or Maggie directly it is so much easier to have all the information in one place to coordinate this information in a timely manner.
2. Let us know if you need a ride or can provide a ride (must have a parent permission slip submitted to take other athletes). This is noted when you RSVP in the notes section. Also provide how many you can take with seat belt count in the notes
3. We will gather that information from the RSVP list and let families and coaches know the ride situation before the game or tournament. RSVPs close 2 days before the event so Coaches can plan for game day and let coaches know who may still need rides. We will not be in the back lot loading up athletes.

The Novice San Diego Open schedule is attached. We play Friday at 3:45pm and 6:00 or 7:30pm, then 3 games on Saturday. We play at Helix HS. We have an early release on Friday at 1:30 to depart with parent drivers. We will not have a Van, so we must have parent drivers. The invited roster for this tournament is: We need all of them to attend, as we will only have ONE substitute.
