1. RSVP on Swimtopia - please don't email Mrs. Sharp directly it is so much easier to have all the information in one place to coordinate this information in a timely manner.
2. Let Mrs. Sharp know if you need a ride or can provide a ride by adding to the notes when you RSVP (must have a parent permission slip submitted to take other athletes).

Mrs. Sharp will gather that information from the RSVP list and let families and coaches know the ride situation before the swim meet. RSVPs close 2 days @ 7:30 am before the event so the ride coordinator can communicate with coaches in a timely manner.
