Good Afternoon-- Next week, Vista Community Clinic will be on campus with their mobile unit to conduct a limited amount of sports physicals. There are 10 spots available with each student-athlete spending up to 30 minutes with the physician. Please see below for more information:

Dates: Thursday, June 26
Location: VHS Campus (VCC Mobile Unit)
Spots Available: 10 students per day (20 total) — LIMITED availability!

How to Sign Up:

1. Call VCC to schedule your appointment and mention you'd like to be seen at VHS on either June 26 or July 15.
2. Bring completed forms to your appointment:
   • VCC Intake Paperwork (attached)
   • VUSD Physical Packet (also attached)
3. Bring your insurance card.
   • If uninsured, students will be assessed a sliding scale fee between $40–$60.
   • Please note: Insurance is required to participate in school-sponsored sports, even if it’s not required for this exam.

 Bring chairs, blankets, and a dessert to share
