Steps.

  1. RSVP on Swimtopia - please don't email me or Lea directly it is so much easier to have all the information in one place to coordinate this information in a timely manner.
  2. Let Lea know if you need a ride or can provide a ride (must have a parent permission slip submitted to take other athletes). This is noted when you RSVP in the notes section. Also provide how many you can take with seat belt count in the notes
  3. Lea will gather that information from the RSVP list and let families and coaches know the ride situation before the game or tournament. RSVPs close 2 days before the event so Lea can plan for game day and let coaches know who may still need rides. She will not be in the back lot loading up athletes.

  • Dinner will be served, come hungry!
  • What to bring: All players should bring their completed blast form (attached) that includes 20 phone #s or email address’s
  • Please make sure your phone is fully charged, the boys will be using their phone to participate in the fundraiser. You can download the app (details in the attached) in advance
  • Please wear your Black Waterpolo Vista T-Shirt. We will bring extras for new players who may not have a shirt
